JEFFREY G. KITTO, Tenor

After an acclaimed performance as “Rodolfo” in
the Helena Symphony’s performance of Puccini’s La
Bohème last year, tenor Jeffrey G. Kitto returns
to the Helena Symphony in the role of “El Remendado” in
Bizet’s Carmen. Mr. Kitto also performed
with the Helena Symphony during the 2004-2005 Season as “Pirelli” in Sweeney
Todd. Mr. Kitto has also performed “Normanno” in Lucia
di Lammermoor with Montana’s Intermountain Opera
Association and “Rinuccio” in Gianni Schicchi with
Opera Theater of Oregon’s production of.
Mr. Kitto also performs in concert and has appeared with
the Northwest Symphony and Helena Symphony, performing such
works as Carmina Burana, J.S. Bach’s Actus
Tragicus, and scenes from Tosca, La Bohème,
Le Nozze di Figaro, La Traviata, Rigoletto and Les
Pêcheurs de Perles.
Mr. Kitto’s varied background includes appearances
in musical theater, Gilbert & Sullivan productions as
well as popular music performances, such as the Sweet
Pea Summer Festival, Edgefest in Phoenix, Billings Summer
Fest, Pullman Summer Fest, and Missoula Children’s
Theater, and he was a founding member and performer of the
national recording artists, The Clintons.
